If a return is desired, your sales associate can assist you with the process. A one-year parts and labor warranty is included with the majority of our products. If your product is defective when it arrives, you must tell a sales associate within 48 hours of receiving the products. Damaged products could be exchanged at no cost to you if they were damaged during shipping. If you are unhappy with your purchase, you must contact the store to request a refund or cancellation. Products that have been used and delivered are not returnable. Any products that are returned must be free of cosmetic damage. Products that do not satisfy these criteria may not be returnable or may be subject to a restocking fee. It is not possible to return any product that has been installed or attempted to be installed.
